AnthropoSSENTS is an engaged academic program that explores ecological, social, and technoscientific transformations through their anthropological, experiential, and normative dimensions. At the intersection of the social sciences and the environmental humanities, it examines the close interrelations between environments, inequalities, and health. The program trains students to combine theoretical rigor with empirical inquiry, critical thinking with ethical responsibility. It is intended for those who seek to understand and engage with ongoing transformations while holding together scientific knowledge, a plurality of cosmologies, and environmental justice. After more than ten years of existence, the teaching team has undertaken a major redesign of the curriculum, grounded in a carefully developed shared manifesto. |
